No, and nobody can. The consulate decides that, on the day, on grounds it does not publish. What an hour can tell you is whether your file has the documents it needs, in the form they are asked for, saying things that agree with each other.
That is the part you control, and it is the part that gets files questioned when it is wrong.
The documents you have collected so far, uploaded before the call. They do not need to be complete — an incomplete file is a perfectly good thing to bring, and finding what is missing is half of what the hour is for.

You can move the call from your account up to the time it starts. The slot you release goes back on sale, and the new one is confirmed the same way.
