Crossing borders shouldn't be harder than chasing the dream on the other side.

Unbordr didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a pattern Anirudh noticed while doing something completely different.

Anirudh is a FIFA-licensed football agent and the founder of Xdrona, where he builds international career pathways for young Indian athletes in football and tennis. That work took him deep into the European system, and it meant getting visas done, again and again, for the players he was sending abroad.

Over the years he personally handled the visas for more than 50 players, ranging from 11 to 21 years old, and got them approved, most on the first attempt. Somewhere in that streak, the realisation landed: he understood how these applications actually work, and how much heartbreak came from small, avoidable mistakes. If he could get a stadium's worth of young athletes across the border, he could help everyone else too.

That is where Unbordr began. Not as a business idea chasing a market, but as an expert deciding to solve a problem he already knew how to solve.

Aman Kumar is a 0→1 builder working at the intersection of engineering, AI, and product.

His journey has been defined by merit and compounding opportunity. From Class 6 through 12, he studied at VidyaGyan, an initiative of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, on a full scholarship, before pursuing Computer Science at Vidyashilp University on another full scholarship. He graduated as the University Valedictorian.

Since then, Aman has built across startups, AI systems, research, and product engineering, winning multiple national and global hackathons while developing products from first principles. He is most effective in high-ambiguity environments, where the problem is still evolving, the architecture is not obvious, and speed of execution matters.

Today, he focuses on building products from 0→1: combining strong engineering depth, product instinct, and relentless ownership to turn ambitious ideas into systems that ship.

Most people use data to explain what happened. Aman is more interested in what it says you should do next.

He got into Vidyagyan School in the sixth grade on a full merit scholarship from the Shiv Nadar Foundation and stayed through the twelfth. Seven years of being handed an opportunity you did not inherit teaches you to be greedy about learning. He has not really stopped. At Vidyashilp University he read for a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons.), majoring in Finance with a minor in Data Science, which is still a fair description of how he thinks: the business question on one side, the numbers on the other, and no interest in analysis that ends without a decision.

Since then he has worked across product, analytics, and operations at Sprinto, Hitachi Energy, Xdrona, and Cube. Small teams, fast calls, and someone on the hook for the reasoning behind them.

At Unbordr he works on the product side: the readiness check, the refusal recovery flow, the document checklist. The goal is simple. A visa application should not feel like a test you can fail for reasons nobody bothered to explain. Aman spends his time finding the exact moments where an applicant starts second guessing themselves, and making the product answer the question before it turns into a rejection.

The rest of the time he is following something new. A tool he has not tried, an idea he has not finished arguing with, a problem that looked dull until he got two layers into it. Based in Bengaluru.
